This year’s dinner will feature a custom menu created by local chef Joseph Garvey, thoughtfully crafted using ingredients straight from our fields. Expect mouthwatering dishes centered around our homegrown sweet corn, juicy tomatoes, and vibrant seasonal fruits and vegetables. We’ll also highlight locally-sourced staples found right in our farmstand, including artisan bread from Baker Street Bread Company and premium meats from Jericho Mountain Meats.
